Package Your Items
Carefully pack your home goods in their original box with all protective padding to ensure they are not damaged during transit.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
